I've spent the last 20+ years serving others as a leader in ministry and a senior certified Human Resources (HR) professional  providing high-value support to leaders.  As a global HR Manager, I've built, trained, and led HR teams in more than 10 countries.  

As a Coach, I've created a development framework - P.O.V.™ - to guide individuals in a personalized, inside-out growth and development plan. I'm a singer who enjoys encouraging and inspiring people to believe, hope and persevere.  As a professional speaker, I speak about personal growth and leadership, encouraging all to seize the opportunities that their unique design affords.
